This is my nephew Jake! Isn't he adorable? He was an amazing little guy who touched many hearts with his short time here on Earth! He passed away Feb. 16, 2007 from a birth defect called CDH and we really miss him. His eyes would sparkle when he smiled and that is what we miss the most. I just wanted his family to know that he hasn't been forgotten and we still think of him often. We miss you little monkey!

Man he is a cutie! I'm so sorry your family had to go through this! Thank heavens for the gosple. What would we do without it? families are forever!
