Our Magical Week!

Sweet we did it again! My sisters Stacey, Jenny & I surprised our kids and whisked them away on a 7 night Disney cruise! We had so much fun together and will never forget the memories made together. We went to the most amazing places and experienced the most incredible things and I am so grateful we were able to show our children the beauty of this beautiful Earth! (can you tell we are addicted to Discovery Channel ~ Planet Earth)?

Disney knows how to do things! The kids loved the clubs and we all loved the food and the endless ice cream! We watched amazing shows and saw all the favorite characters...we even had a firework show on Pirate Night! Luke was in hog heaven when they showed CARS the movie on the big screen over the pool. He sat in a chair and watched it and barely moved. We had a blast watching the cousins playing together and wearing matching clothes. They just kept telling us thanks for taking them together! (we are so cool)

The islands were breathtaking and the snorkeling was rockin! On St. Thomas the kids were given dog bones to feed the fish...and boy did the fish come quick. They swarmed the kids and I have to say it was a little creepy. Luke was okay with it until he put Rylee's goggles on and actually saw what was under him. The fish started to attack his legs and that kid turned into a monkey and climbed up onto my shoulders so fast. Too funny. Rylee thought it was awesome, but kept telling the fish to stay away from her. She cracks us up at how well she swims and loves to dive in with her goggles. Noah loved to dig and build in the sand especially after the fish bit him on his knee. Silly kid. He and Jeff wore each other out playing together day in and day out. I was so happy to see them hang out together. Kennedy was loving life. She thanked us daily for letting us go on this trip...she had a blast with all of her new friends on the ship! She got to go snorkel with the Dad's and saw a barracuda!!!! Uhhhh not too sure I am okay with that, but she was thrilled.

I was able to go on a banana boat ride on Castaway Cay (Disney's private island) and just couldn't stop smiling. The water was crystal clear and we were able to go out and around the ship. It was just all so fun! Dan loved to snorkel and loved eating seafood every day! The guys all had fun together playing games and following us wives around. We all had a blast together!

We will never forget this trip and are so glad we were able to experience it with our family. We all needed a little time away from our lives and this was a great way to do it!

Wow! How fun. Love the pics. Don't I have cute girls? From the pics I can't tell that you were too worried about me pressure washing the house and painting and gardening - I'm sure you were though.

Glad you had a great time.

Looks like your trip was Disney-tastic!! I'm so glad you had a blast.

Maybe next time you should be a bit more charitable and pay for us to go. Sheesh.

Dear sweet Kennedy... I have about enough spare cash to get you as far as Kentucky. Is that okay?

Also, you're the genius around here--can't you just earn a scholarship or get money from the government just for being smart? Work on that!

We had fun following the wives around? Yeah, that was the highlight of the trip. I couldn't get enough of the shipboard shopping. Seriously.
