NAREK

Okay so hopefully everyone remembers the movie "Watcher in the Woods". Total classic scary movie. I remember watching it with my sister Stacey as a kid and being so totally terrified that I couldn't sleep at night. Well, we rented it for Kennedy to watch and ended up watching it as a family (not suggested). We really enjoyed sitting together in suspense with sweaty palms and feet! The kids just kept saying, "who is that watching mom"? Talk about Awesome! Well after the show was done we looked at the bonus features and that is when things got interesting. Hello people! Two alternate endings!!!!! I was so excited to see them and now wish that I hadn't. I won't give it away in case you decide to rent it and see for yourself, but the movie would have been completely STUPID if they had used either of these endings! Anywho...thought I would share this vital information with you and give a shout out to an old classic!

Well it happened.. it is official.  I am have turned into a horrible mother.  A few days ago I was at the store and decided for some strange reason to buy TRIX cereal for the kids to snack on.  I have never bought sugar cereal for my kids because I think it is a unhealthy way to send them to school.  (even if they eat it with a glass of milk, juice and toast like the commercials say).  Well, I bought it with the intentions of them eating it without milk just for an afterschool snack and I have now had two bowls with milk in the office where noone can see me.  What is wrong with me?  I am a horrible sneaky mother!  Luke came in and said, "I want some of that mom" and I told him (get ready folks this is where you will think I am really loosing it).  "No honey, it is really yucky and you won't like it".   Sigh...ten minutes later I was feeling so guilty that I gave him a bowl and he keeps telling me, "mommy, it's not yucky it's really really good".  CRAP!!!  Now what?

Baby Molly has arrived!

So my sister Stacey (the Oregon sister) had a baby this week! They didn't find out the sex of the baby and it was super fun trying to decide what she would have. My guess obviously was a puppy and once again I was proved wrong. They had a gut feeling it was a BOY (therefore not buying anything for a girl) and so coming in at a whopping 8 lbs. 2 oz. Molly Sophia Wolfe came into the world!

The really neat thing about this baby is she is kinda a miracle cruise baby! Yes, let me explain. They have 3 other children, but had to use invitro on their last baby after a few years of trying. We took a cruise together earlier this year and I guess the sun, sand and couple massages did the trick! My thoughts are this little tiny was supposed to come to this family and she was tired of waiting!

Jesus wants me for a Sunbeam!

Today was a big day for little Lukers! He started Primary today!!! We had a few glitches with having me be the song leader and he REALLY wanted to sit with me. We asked him after churh why he was crying and he simply said, "I was worried about you mom"! What are we going to do with this kid?!

Horace LeGrande Lewis 1917-2007

I just wanted to write down a few things I will always remember about my Grandpa! He was an amazing person and taught some pretty wonderful things. I am so lucky to have had him for my Grandfather!

He would eat an avacado like an apple!

He was an amazing waterskiier! (taught us all how to ski)

He made everything including his house, boats, campers and many toys for the kids. (loved the kids table he made for our playroom -made lots of memories playing with the things he made for us)

He had a beautiful yard/garden that we loved to play in and snack in!

We would sit on his porch on the swing he made and throw our heads back and listen to the birds sing and talk about everything!

We would play thumb war and he would win everytime no matter what I did. It would make him laugh and I loved to hear him laugh. His eyes would sparkle when he did.

I love you Grandpa and hope you are enjoying Heaven! Can you waterski there?

Thanks for Everything!
